Close to the wharf and restaurants. Spacious, quiet room with a harbor view. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice walkway and gardens. Loved the pet-friendly vibe. Lobby had free coffee and lemon water. the room wasn’t as nice as the website showed. TV was small and not smart. Shower was disappointing. Paid a lot for the view.

we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite at battery wharf hotel, boston waterfront, which was fantastic. really comfortable bed and fantastic bathroom including several good showers. other than perhaps in the restaurant, the staff tried to make us feel very welcome and provided extra tea and coffee when we asked for it. the kitchenette in our suite was useful - great kettle for making tea. the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. we arrived very early and understandably our rooms weren't ready. the did check us in and put our luggage in storage, later calling us when rooms were available. gave us tips for where to get breakfast and a map of the local area. location on harbor is beautiful and it is very quiet because hotel is on a wharf away from city traffic. the hotel has a great cafe and spa. we like the location of this hotel, and have enjoyed the bar and breakfast there.

Close to town with great food and sights, quiet location near the river, and friendly staff.
Felt like being home, nothing to complain about.
